I have always been willing to file and try any meritorious case and have done so successfully for twenty plus years. Many attorneys who profess to be “trial” attorneys are nothing of the sort. They make overtures regarding trials and their trial experience, yet rarely, if at all, obtain results in trial. I have years of courtroom experience representing individuals in a wide variety of cases and acheiving superior results for claims involving damages arising from personal injury-automobile collision and premises liability cases; workers’ compensation claims; social security disability and supplemental security income claims; landlord-tenant disputes; property damage claims and unemployment benefit claims. Alternatively, settlement is often a viable option for my clients to consider. Settlements are presented to my clients with my recommendation or lack thereof, in order that an informed decision can be made. My goals are to provide my clients with effective legal representation protecting their rights in all matters as well as maximizing their overall recovery.
