I have always been willing to file and try any case and have done so successfully for twenty plus years. Many attorneys who profess to be “trial” attorneys are nothing of the sort. They make overtures regarding trial experience yet rarely, if at all, obtain results in trial. I have years of courtroom experience representing individuals in a wide variety of cases. For these clients, I have been successful in obtaining recoveries for damages arising from personal injury-automobile collision and premises liability cases; workers’ compensation cases for all types of injuries; social security disability and supplemental security income claims; landlord-tenant disputes and property damage claims. In addition, I have been quite successful in presenting clients in unemployment benefits claims. My goals are to provide my clients with effective legal representation protecting their rights in all matters. In addition, I possess the skills and experience to resolve cases prior to trial as well as the desire and ability to achieve superior results during trial.
