This is a personal injury claim against the St. Louis Metropolitan Police where it was alleged that a police cruiser collided head-on with the plaintiff going the wrong way on a bridge complex onramp while chasing an individual that had allegedly committed a felony in the City of St. Louis. The case was tried to a St. Louis City jury who found that the St. Louis Police Officer operating his cruiser was 100% responsible for the collision and for the resulting injuries to the plaintiff and awarded $150,000 to the plaintiff.
